Looking for Etra's Raisins

Now that the virtual pee stains are in place and this little corner of the interweb has been named, it's time I gave some thought to what this blog'll do.

Nominally, it'll serve as a travelogue for when Gemma and I throw ourselves in to the arms of the world (ok, mainly the Canadian and Euro bits) which willl make the slide night much shorter when we get back.

But till then, I have to deal with a somewhat dormant, yet defiant, blog, facing me down, fists akimbo, taunting me....

So here's what'll happen:

I don't think I'm up for daily updates yet - the tyranny of work still holds sway for another 3 weeks and besides I don't have that much to say.

On a fitful basis, I might link to something interesting/cool/cos it's my blog, ok?

And soon as I work out what my file hosting powers are, I'll see about putting up other stuff.
